Vista Knoll is proud to offer exemplary skilled nursing care to all or our residents. Our incredibly caring and dedicated staff work diligently to ensure that all of our residents are well taken care of and given the best treatment possible. From our incredible Wound Care Team to our wonderful team of nurses, Vista Knoll prides ourselves on the quality of care we offer our residents.
We are proud to offer a registered nurse (RN) on staff 24 hours a day along with several licensed vocational nurses (LVN's) always on staff. Our certified nursing assistants (CNA's) are among the best in all of San Diego and do an amazing job caring for our residents needs in a professional and compassionate manner.
