Vista Knoll Specialized Care is proud to offer a full kitchen dedicated to fulfilling the unique diet requests of our residents. Upon admission to Vista Knoll, patients meet with our extremely knowledgeable staff of nutrition experts to go over their specific diet needs. From there, our wonderful kitchen staff works diligently to fulfill the dietary needs for all of our residents. Residents are fed 3 square meals a day and are able to enjoy their meals either in their room, outside in our gorgeous courtyard, or in one of our beautiful dining rooms.
